LLC was founded in July of 1999 with the mission of creating wealth while
preserving capital. Founder and Portfolio Manager Richard Greene, who
utilizes his unique combination of expertise and experience in a wide
range of markets, industries and investment vehicles, oversees all investment
activities of the firm. Thunder conducts its business with emphasis on

Primary Research:
Thunder believes its unwavering research provides unique opportunities
in the market. Experience in international and domestic markets along
with fundamental research drives Thunder’s critical process. Beyond
the noise and hype of the market, Thunder’s research remains focused
on burgeoning corporate debt, accounting irregularities and years of declining
corporate profits. Top-down research concentrates on questionable government
economic policies and their effect on the market.
Vigilance:
Thunder monitors and trades security positions as deemed necessary throughout
the day. Thunder’s dynamic trading activities are designed to adjust
market and sector exposure while capturing incremental gains. Thunder’s
Investment Manager and Lead Trader have worked closely together for the
past seven years.
Controlling Risk:
Managing equity portfolios requires continual attention to risk management.
Risk management tools are employed on a daily basis and are an integral
part of the stock picking process. Thunder’s Investment Manager
and CFO meet regularly to review and enhance risk processes.

Thunder seeks to generate above average absolute returns for its investors

Thunder Partners LP
Strategy Description: While the Partnership uses a “bottom-up”
fundamental research approach in identifying specific investment opportunities,
it starts with “top-down” analysis as extraneous factors such
as interest rates, exchange rates and world economies have great impact
on the investment choices. This” top-down” analysis and technical
assessment of the overall market environment provides indicators to assist
in determining the long/short portfolio mix. The “top-down”
analysis is integrated with “bottom-up” fundamental research,
identifying specific securities deemed to be undervalued or overvalued.
Technical analysis is also utilized in risk management, as well as for
alerting to general market psychology affecting investments.
Thunder Gold Partners LP
Strategy Description: The fund seeks to invest primarily
in the precious metals sector with an emphasis on gold stocks. The fund's
primary objectives are offering investors negatively correlated diversification
and growth as well as a hedge against questionable financial policies
and/or economic instability. The fund takes both long and short positions
and may utilize options as part of its hedging strategy. We launched an
off shore version, Thunder Gold International, Ltd in January of 2004.

Strategy Description: The fund seeks to invest primarily
in equity and equity-related Securities, with the primary objective to
maximize investment returns in the energy and energy-related markets while
accepting a level of risk consistent with the preservation of the partnership’s
capital. The fund takes both long and short positions and may utilize
options as a part of its hedging strategy.

Strategy Description: The fund seeks to invest primarily
in the precious metals sector with an emphasis on silver stocks. The fund's
primary objectives are: Offering investors negatively correlated diversification
and growth, as well as a hedge against questionable financial policies

and may utilize options as part of its hedging strategy.
